Never slander a worker to the employer, or the person will curse you, and you will pay for it. (NLT) -Proverbs 30:10
Spreading rumors, saying untrue words, or trying to get others to think poorly all describe slanderous actions. But we ourselves do these actions when we feel we have been wronged. Sometimes we get an employer involved which makes things worse. Not only are we trying to get revenge we are also failing to take their situation into account by trying to ruin their livelihood. When you feel wronged, try to catch yourself, let it go, and forgive.

And you must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength. (NLT) -Mark 12:30
Is your heart wholeheartedly serving God where He has placed you? Has your heart moved on and God won't let you go? The danger of this happening is the fruits of your labor becomes much less fruitful. However, it is entirely possible to once again bear bountiful fruit. Even though it may be difficult to do, bring all of your heart back to where you have been placed until God moves you elsewhere. Bring back your heart.
