You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

So take a new grip with your tired hands and strengthen your weak knees. (NLT) -Hebrews 12:12
Have you ever been working out, tired and struggling, then someone comes along and gives an encouraging word? We had the strength inside all along, but just needed to gather our strength. God is our trainer encouraging us on to stretch ourselves to reach higher accomplishments. We do have the courage to keep on pushing through. If you are feeling tired, take a moment to regain your composure and strengthen yourself. You are capable of more than you think you are.
