When God acts on our behalf, joy is the evidence of God’s good work. Can you recall a time God acted on your behalf? Maybe journal about how He has been faithful in your life. It’s important to take time to remember all the ways God has came through for you, the memory of His goodness can help sustain our joy when we face tougher seasons.
