Matthew 3:16-17 King James Version (KJV) 16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

For since the world began, no ear has heard, and no eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him! (NLT) -Isaiah 64:4
As children it is very difficult to sit for 15 minutes because it feels like forever. Yet, with age comes the rapid speed of passing time. When it comes to waiting on the Lord why does it feel like we are children all over again? Then, when the waiting is over, God produces an unexpected and undeserved outcome and the waiting becomes insignificant. If you find yourself in a period of waiting for the Lord, gather your patience and know that He is working FOR you.

Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the LORD that search all around the world.) (NLT) -Zechariah 4:10
Sometimes it’s changing the small habits in our lives that make the biggest difference! Don’t underestimate the mundane disciples that you cultivate in the day to day. God starts small and moves us slowly into greater glory. He rejoices to see the work begin, no matter how tiny out step towards Him may feel.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Romans%208%3A38-Romans%208%3A39&version=KJV
Matthew 8:1-3 KJV
When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. [2] And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. [3] And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
