Let the ruins of Jerusalem break into joyful song, for the LORD has comforted his people. He has redeemed Jerusalem. (NLT) -Isaiah 52:9
Though the people of Jerusalem experienced devastation and heartbreak, they were able to experience peace because God was there to comfort His people. By human standards, God’s restoration of the Israelites and ultimate salvation plan, took a long time to unfold! Even if you are stuck in an uncomfortable waiting season of your life, God’s comforting hand is available to you. Pray and ask for His peace. He is faithful to meet you in those uncomfortable spaces.

1 Peter 3:15-16 KJV
