Exhaustion is apart of what it is to be human. We have limits and often feel the end of ourselves. God offers us a constant source of strength, when we run out of ability. As you go through your day, revisit these words. Allow them to comfort and alleviate the stress and suffering you may be experiencing. Take a deep breath and rely on His strength, not your own.
